Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Candy Master is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Carrier Delays
Candy Master is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or high-volume shipping periods.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Candy Master is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
