Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy – Candy Master

Due to the consumable and hygiene-sensitive nature of candy products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Candy Master is not responsible for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
